*** We work from signed contracts.  Please include the location address and a mailing address & phone number for the responsible party. You will receive a quote and a contract to sign and send back. You will be put on the schedule once a signed contract is received. Due to not being able to predict the exact length of each job (until the site is visited), weather, and traffic conditions, we cannot provide you an exact day or time of arrival on your site.  Therefore, all times provided are estimates and you do not need to be present.  Payment is not due until the work is completed EXCEPT for clients who are not local to our area; partial or full prepayment may be required as the exception.
